NIRVANA XL LONG

Description

We thought about the biggest ones, so we made the XL LONG 360 cm version of the NIRVANA hammock. With this increased length, anyone can enjoy the benefits of the hammock, no problem if you have a taller than average height. Made from 40D diamond ripstop breathable nylon with a water repellent layer (DWR), this means the fabric won’t become saturated with moisture in humid, foggy weather. And insect protection is provided by a fully zip-off, micro-weave, symmetrical mesh. This means that the two parts can be washed separately, or removed from the bed section if a net is not required. With Dyneema ridgeline and loops, with mesh storage on the ridgeline. All this in a Bishop container, which can be opened at one end and the loop can be pull out at the other. It comes with 2 x 3 metres of polyester webbing.

You have the option to choose the suspension method for your hammock. If every gram counts and you’re skilled at tying knots, you can opt for the buckle-free version. Here, you can secure the strap with a simple, easily untied knot. On the other hand, if you’re not confident with knots, you can go for the strap with a buckle, which makes setup easier but adds a bit of extra weight (80 grams).

UPPER PART:

Summer: The No-see-um’s micro woven mesh top can be fully removed.
If the net is not needed for a particular trip, you can leave it at home, saving weight and space.
As a consequence of the symmetrical shape, one can lay down facing in both directions.
